We provide User the ability to build Websites, and create and collaborate on deployments. We hold personal information that you provide to us to set up and manage your account and the Services, and personal information generated in connection with your use of the Services. This privacy policy informs you of your choices and our practices regarding your personal information. We also hold data, including personal information, that you submit, upload, transmit or display using the Services ("Content") and we store this data solely in order to provide the Services. You are the data controller of Content and questions about data handling processes from your users or third parties regarding Content should in the first instance be addressed to you. 1. What Information We Collect About You
We collect information about you through various means when providing the DeployAgent Services. Please note that certain types of information are necessary for us to provide the DeployAgent Services to you. If you choose not to provide us with such information or request its deletion, you may no longer be able to access or use the DeployAgent Services. We collect your information in the following ways:
Information You Provide Directly:
- Account Information. You can choose to set up your account using one of your existing accounts with Google, we collect information from that connected account to complete your registration, this may includes your profile picture, Google ID, email address.
- Payment Information: If you purchase a paid subscription from DeployAgent, we will collect payment information from you that may include your name, billing address and credit card or bank information. We may also use your credit card information to verify your identity and prevent abuse. We do not directly process or store your entire credit card number, but we do direct that information to our third-party payment processors for processing.
- Marketing Contact Information: If you request DeployAgent to contact you, or sign up for marketing materials or events, DeployAgent may collect information such as name, address, email address, telephone number. This may be collected through the Website as well as through the use of the DeployAgent Services.
- User Content and File Information: We collect your website information that you upload, post, deliver, or otherwise provide to the Service, such as source code, text, photographs, document, or other files including videos or recordings, Git information, and other files that you provide us.
- Troubleshooting Information: If you contact DeployAgent’s customer support, we will collect information about you related to your account and the requests you are making.
- Any Information You Voluntarily Provide to Us.
Information We Collect Automatically:
- Device Information. We may collect information about how your devices interact with our Sites, Marketing Activities, and Services, such as browser type and settings, device details (e.g., device type, screen size, operating system, model, model number), language preferences, Internet Service Provider, mobile network, push notification tokens, and device event information (e.g., system activity and hardware settings, application version, and unique device identifiers, such as device ID).
- Service-Generated Information. We collect and use information generated from using our Services and Sites, such as log files, Internet Protocol (IP) address, location information derived from your IP address, proxy server, diagnostics, capacity and usage information to determine storage requirements, performance information from our servers, data settings, and system configurations, including your elected privacy and security settings.
- Location Information. We collect User' and End Users' city and country based on IP address. We do not identify precise location.
- Cookies and Tracking Technologies: DeployAgent uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to provide functionality, such as storing your settings, and to recognize you as you use our Services and our Website. In addition, we use cookies to gather information to provide interest-based advertising which is tailored to you based on your online activity.
Information We Obtain from Other Sources:
- Vendors and Partners: We may receive information about you from third-parties such as vendors, resellers, or partners. For example, our sales and marketing teams may receive access to third-party databases containing information to enrich business contacts and other corporate data. We will explain this to you at the time of collection and obtain your consent.

Please note that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of our service providers and business partners, and their information practices are not covered by this Policy. DeployAgent does not sell your personal information to third parties. We only disclose information on a need-to-know basis where appropriate safeguards and contractual arrangements are in place and as described below.
(1) Delegation to Affiliates
We may delegate the processing of your personal information to our affiliates to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy. Such delegation will be within the scope of the purposes described, and we ensure that our affiliates comply with the provisions of this Policy regarding the retention of personal information.
(2) Service Providers and Business Partners
We may share certain information with service providers and business partners to assist us in performing business operations and for business purposes. These parties may include website hosting providers, database maintenance providers, data storage and security service providers, payment processors, transaction fulfillment providers, advertising and marketing vendors, and others. In the event of a substantial corporate transaction such as the sale of a website, merger, consolidation, asset sales, or bankruptcy, we may share all the information we collect.
(4) Legal Compliance and Protection
We may disclose your information when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or when we have a good faith belief that disclosure is reasonably necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities, assist government enforcement agencies, enforce our agreements with you, investigate and defend against third-party claims or allegations, protect the security or integrity of our services, or exercise or protect the rights and safety of DeployAgent, our users, personnel, or others. (5) Consent and Third-Party Services
We partner with third-party services (e.g., Google) to provide sign-up, log-in, and content-sharing experiences. If you choose to use these features, we may share information about you with these Third-Party Services. Depending on the permissions you grant, these Third-Party Service may access your account information and other information you choose to provide. When engaging in public activities on DeployAgent, be cautious about disclosing personal information, as it may be read, collected, or used by other users. DeployAgent is not responsible for the information you choose to submit in such cases.

4. Minimum Age Requirements for Our Sites and Services
The Sites and Services are not directed or intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. To use DeployAgent's Sites and Services, you must be old enough to consent to the processing of your information in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you are a parent or guardian and you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
If we discover that a minor under the age of 16 has provided us with personal information in violation of applicable laws, we will delete the information collected and terminate the minor's account, unless we are legally obligated to retain such information.

(1) Your Rights Relating to Your Personal Data
You may have certain rights relating to your Personal Data, subject to local data protection laws. Depending on the applicable laws these rights may include the right to:

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month unless otherwise required by law, and will contact you if we need additional information from you in order to honor your request or verify your identity. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month, taking into account the complexity and number of requests we receive, we will provide you with a clear explanation at that time.

- Any information that You process to provide their services to End Users. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations with respect to their End Users, including notifying their End Users of their personal information collection, use, and disclosure under their own terms of service and privacy policies. If your personal information is contained in Customer Content and you have any questions about the specific settings and privacy practices the relevant Customer has made to share your personal information with us, please contact the relevant Customer directly or review their privacy notice.
- Third-party products, services, businesses, or any software accessible via the Service or that integrates with the Service. If you have any questions about the specific settings and privacy practices of such third parties, please contact the relevant third-party product, service, or business to review its privacy notice.
6. Data Retention and Security
(1) Data Retention
We retain your information for the minimum necessary period to fulfill our legal and contractual obligations, develop our Sites and Services, resolve disputes, enforce our rights, for legitimate business purposes, such as tax or accounting requirements, as described in this Notice and as recommended by industry standards.
When we no longer have an ongoing legitimate business need to process your information, we will either delete or anonymize it. When we choose to anonymize information, we strive to make sure that the information cannot be linked back to you or any specific user. If deletion is not possible (e.g., backups), we will store it securely.

Similarly, we cannot assume any responsibility for the content of any personal information or other information which you receive from other users through the DeployAgent Services, and you release us from any and all liability in connection with the contents of any personal information or other information which you may receive using the DeployAgent Services. We cannot guarantee, or assume any responsibility for verifying, the accuracy of the personal information or other information provided by any third party. You release us from any and all liability in connection with the use of such personal information or other information of others.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed in such Third-Party Services. We do not monitor or check these Third-Party Services for accuracy or completeness. 8. International Data Processing and Transfer
To provide our Sites and Services, DeployAgent may store, process and transmit your information outside of your country of residence, which may have different data protection laws and may not offer the same level of protection or guarantees as in your country or the country where you initially provided the information.
